浜本です。
あけましておめでとうございます。
もう既に１０日たっていますが・・・
今年は僕は色々な事にチャレンジし、
いくつかのサービスを立ち上げ、水面下で基盤をつくっていきます。
ASPアフィリエイトでは具体的には、打倒京都のMさんや、千葉のOさん。（笑）
例のジャンルを攻めるのが春先までの目標です。
12月に参入した「あるジャンル」がそこそこ成果が出ています。
月に100-200の新しい収益軸になる予定。
それにともない、少し気になっている事を新年1発目に書こうと思います。
稼ぎの構造は見えない件
僕もそうでしたし、LFMに入ってスグの人も信じられない事の一つ。
それは「SEOで大きなキーワードであがっている人が稼げる」
という歪んだ思想です。
僕たちアフィリエターは「育毛剤」とか「ダイエット」とか「脱毛」とか比較的大きなキーワードに目を奪われがちです。
たしかにそれらのキーワードで上位に出ていれば、カッコイイです！
でも利益ベースで200万以上を稼ぐ人の多くは、
それらは「妄想に過ぎないこと」を理解し、体感しています。
稼ぎにつながるのはそんなワードではなく、
もっと細かなワードなワケですね。
だから「死ぬほど稼いでいるサイト」というものは、
中々検索しても出てこないわけです。
「育毛剤」とか「脱毛」とかそんなワードで検索している時点で、
アフィリエイターの好む言葉の市場を見ているだけであり、
本当の意味で「安定して稼いでいるサイト」ではありません。
検索エンジンの多少の変動に耐えられるか？
ここらが2012年以降のSEO,アフィリエイトサイトのコンテンツに関わってくる重要な基幹部分になると僕は思います。
大きなキーワードはそこそこ稼げます。
でもその稼ぎは「検索エンジン」に依存します。
なぜなら「ビッグワード」で上位表示を狙っている場合、
そのワードでのアクセス流入が軽く70％とかを超えちゃうから。
その7割を占めるアクセス流入が、順位変動を起こすと「消えます」
今まで1日1000アクセスだったのが、10とか・・・
ペラページとかが格好の例ですね。
ペラの1枚、2枚のサイトは「アクセス解析」を見れば明確なように、
全体のアクセスを見ても２つか、１つのキーワードでしか集客出来ていないわけです。
それが続けば（変動がないという事）、利益は膨らみます。
でも現実的には「ラバル」も増えるし「順位変動」は起こることを前提にしてくのが鉄則です。
今日の顧客は明日の顧客ではないという事ですね。
だからある意味「ペラ」というのはキーワード選定が間違っていなければ確かに稼げるわけですが、
それらはある意味では「使い捨て的」なサイトになるのです。
プログラム終われば価値が0になりますし。
今後のgoogleの動向や検索エンジンの意義を再度考えた場合、ありきたりな言葉ですが「オリジナリティ」であるとか「コンテンツの見せ方」というのは非常に重要なんですね。
LFMTV2012でも強く説いた部分ですね。
やや暴論ですが「300個のサイトをつくって、１つのサイトからの収益が１万円なら全部で300万の収益だ！」的な発想はもはや役立ちもせず、時間の浪費だけを生むという事です。
サイトづくりで気を付けている点をいくつか書きます。
・キーワードの選定
→２ワードで決めます。
育毛剤サイトを作りたいなら、僕は必ず2ワードもしくは別言葉のワードでサイト名、ターゲットワードとします。
育毛剤であれば
「育毛剤 効果」
「資生堂 育毛剤」などです。
理由はカンタンで、比較的SEOをかけやすいし、あがりやすいから。
という事は「色々なデータが取りやすい、テストしやすい」という事。
大きなワードは長期戦を強いられるので、特にこれからアフィリエイトに挑戦する人は避ける方が懸命でしょう。
土台が出来ていないと「大きなワード」で戦うのは骨が折れる作業ですので。
・ページ追加
検索結果に反映され、アクセスがポロポロ来出したら、
そのワード（流入してきたワード）で成約が取れないか？取れるような対ティング、文章や写真をいれます。
と、同時に「その他関連語やワード」を追加していきます。
地味に1日1記事追加・・・・とか。
上記２つはすごく重要な考えです。
未だに使えないノウハウを使えるかのように販売している人もいるみたいですが、2012年は激動の年になります。
確実に。
当たらない宝くじは安くても、何枚買っても「当たりません」
当たりのある「宝くじ」を買うこと。
これも重要ですね。
宝くじを例えに出したのは微妙ですが・・・

You ought to peek at Yahoo's home page and watch how they create article headlines to grab
viewers to open the links. You might add a video
or a pic or two to grab readers excited about what you've got
to say. Just my opinion, it would bring your blog a little bit more interesting.
